Liz Champion writes ‘Champion Running’ with the intention of helping runners of all ages and abilities make their ambitions a reality, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and still finding the fun in fitness throughout.

 

2.Sara Kurth

Sara Kurth is a runner, marathoner and running coach. She not only shares tips on being inspired but also advice on training for your first marathon or half-marathon.

 

3.Diary of a Rubbish Marathon Runner

Thomas’s blog has a personal touch, set out almost like a diary entry. He’s a down-to-earth Irish runner providing useful tips for running and keeping it real.

 

4.Trail Running

Running provides some panoramic views we think may motivate you to take different routes when running, enjoy the scenery.
